Gregory School Apartments

Gregory School Apartments is the redesign of an existing 1920 historic school building and a new addition for 65 one-bedroom apartments for area seniors. Within the existing building, the former auditorium with its stage and proscenium arch have been retained and incorporated into the program of community spaces for the seniors. Fully accessible, the former stage has been re-purposed as the living room, adjacent to the new main lobby, and the auditorium will be used as the central community space.
